    While I can appreciate the idea at work here - support your local guy or you won't have one anymore - I think you've over thought this aspect of it. Hondo wants to offer a discount, so he is offering one. No one is "demanding" a discount, they are asking what the code is to get what he is already offering. I feel fairly certain from reading his post history that he isn't an idiot, so he probably isn't going to sell stuff for less than his costs plus an appropriate profit. That'd be a pretty shitty business model.

    +1 got mine today too. They came out great. And love the customer service. They were able to hold my order for a month because I wanted to wait for the AR design, and even got a hand written thank you note.
