Though being behind a hot chick doing downward dog... man oh man. What do guys typically wear in yoga classes? Gym shorts and Tshirt?

 

I wanted to mount it in the compartment under the temp controls but the radio I have doesn't fit. Its too deep. Im debating sending this unit back and getting a MINI. I don't want to have to unlock channels though. I'm kind of torn.

Usually I just wear board shorts and a teeshirt.

 

I wore board shorts/gym shorts with compression shorts underneath. Regular boxers leave things a bit exposed...

 

I'm not married. I prefer to call it healthy.

Good idea on the compression shorts. No chick wants to see your junk.

 

I'm about to start yoga too. Surfing and running make this old body stiff. I just feel bad I'll be the only person in class not able to do shit.

 

It's not that bad being the one who can't do shit. I was that person haha. There's always variants of the poses that you can do that make it easier until you loosen up and are able to do the full stretch/pose. It really is a great workout and its one of the best things you can do for your body IMO.

Same thing running through my head. How do you start being the stiff guy that can't move. I do need better shoulder and hip mobility.

 

haha!! going to try to install this weekend if I keep this unit, which I prob am. I want the higher outout then the MINI's. Cory and I have the same radio.

 

Not properly stretching before activities, sitting all day at work, being over 40 doesn't help. Everyday after work, I look forward to going home and laying on the floor with a foam roller and lacrosse ball, and stretching
