It's never going to make on my want list. I just dropped a fortune on Bp-51's and new uca's yesterday at Headstrong. Hopefully won't ever have to buy suspension components again, just rebuild.

Haven't been on in awhile but saw you are leaning towards LT. Ask your self a few questions before you decide to drop an ass on LT instead of MT. Do you plan to go wheel a lot and go hardcore ish? By that do you plan to climbing on huge rocks and stuff like that? I'm just helping you save money if possible? MT is a great setup. Also a lot more maintenance in LT than MT.

Definitely true about maintenance. I wouldn't say you "have to" be a rock crawler to want LT, many people i've seen are overlanders and go LT. I just want to  every time I see it though.

Also look whats going on with my truck now. Ill be going through steering racks every other year I bet for what I do with my truck.

Yeah a lot of people waste money to LT a truck just to do overlanding stuff. I mean you don't have to crawl rocks to have LT but definitely no need to spend the cash to just overland

LT is definitely amazing, but it comes at a cost. Just have to ask yourself is it worth it to you.

Also LT and 35's (and new wheels) is more than $6000... More like $7000 after everything is said and done

Also to be honest I think you'll be more than happy with a full MT setup. Less maintenance and you can still run 35's if that's what you're aiming for.

Just figured the LT would make it easier to run 35s and also ride better.

Why is LT more maintenance? They seem to run the same coils. I also want a little more lift in the front. I have about 2.5" of rake now so could use a little more lift in the front.

    I ran the numbers

LT suspension up front........$4300 (UCA, LCA, coil overs, spindle gusset, axles, steering extension, etc)
    Tires ................................$900
    Wheels .............................$800
    Mount and balance .............$100
    Alignment .........................$100

    Total .................................$6200

    Am i missing something?
