Jason, he can't come get his parts because his truck is in pieces. Picking a fight with you is just extra.

Yah Kings came with a punch like tool. Just that it was pretty much impossible to adjust the passenger side on the truck. So I just took it off. Kings use a pinch style locking collar so it takes up a good amount of space where there could be a hole for adjustment. I don't know if Walker Evans is like that or uses a set screw to hold the collar from moving. I also bought a fox spanner wrench thinking it would work adjusting on the truck but that was a negative.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of these pinch collars. I like the old school double collars. When I was adjusting my fox coilovers long ago, I loosened the pinch screw too much, and it jumped a thread on one side and cocked it...
    That was a bad day.

He created the group and thinks he's owns it... He didn't just block me as a person, he removed me... That's such a girl thing... Moderators are supposed to separate emotion from moderation... Period... I vote to boycott the group! Requesting members of HTA drop out and join Oahu Mall Crawlers and Pebble Pushers haha

The standard spanner style was always easier imho... Pinch bolt style is one additional point to fail be it stripped threads or cracked on the opposite side of the bolt. Never seen one fail though, just sayin

All this just goes to show you I have earned the respect of these nice gentlemen... You're just a guy with a pretty truck... That's like a sexy girl with no brains
What have you done around here for anybody else?
All I've seen is you showing off pictures of your pretty truck, but offer no help, in fact ask for help when you start something you can't finish... I've earned my place kiddo... Look at the support that gathered... Damn... Make sure to block me here too buddy since I know you can't be happy about how this has gone this far... And that's why you blocked me on fb isn't? Unhappy about how things are going hahaha

Pay to play! You guys don't know the struggle of having to adjust coilover sleeves like my toytec ones. You have to use one spanner to hold the sleeve in place and the other to adjust the colar. PITA.
I've used the two jaw with a bolt compressors, but you haven't lived until you try the zip ties and floor jack method!

I've done it that way! Except no zipties, just lower the jack until the tension is gone... Oh the early shade tree mechanic days

Removing top hat is for disassembly, zip tie method just for adjusting collars. Mustang coils were pretty scary, wrap coil in towel/blanket, droop suspension and fly it out with a pry bar. Back when I spend all my money on parts and forget about the proper tools.
