Interesting....I was talking to a fella who had a Wrangler and he mentioned he had 3" body lift. I was just trying to figure out method to his madness...

Anybody know of any tire deals going on? Specifically coopers. I think discounts $100 off $400 is coming in the next month or two if I have to wait.

It's only on select tires and I'm looking to the get st maxx this time around.

It's been good, a bit soft for what I like but I'm not complaining. Gotta figure out what leaf pack I want in the rear because they just put a block back there. I'm leaning to the dakars since nothing is happening with the alcans..

I've found that the three tires usually cost the same as 4 at the regular price. The best deal I got was the discount tire deal. 4 coopers mounted and balanced for al little over $700

 

Was that during the deal? What size?

My GF's truck (86 toyota pickup) blew a spark plug out the other day and all but three threads are gone... I got the correct sized repair kit and watched some videos but the included tool doesn't fit the tap and it doesn't stay in a wrench... I wonder if anyone could enlighten me here on the correct tool name to be seeking? I figure I might just go get a full tap and die kit and use the tool in there with the correct sized tap I have now? Any other advice?

Doubtful. I had to check a couple locations before I even found one that did the $100 off $400 deal. It's supposed to only be for certain tires available online only through their eBay store.
