I caught a pike that would've eaten this thing whole a week later on my kayak

Ah man! I used to do a lot of pike fishing when I lived in Europe, only used live bait though! Since then I've lived in cali and now Oklahoma and there's no pile :(. A kayak is next on my purchase list though!

Old Town predator mx is my recommendation! I fly fish for carpe, trout, and can stand up with a little getting used to and land large fish! A couple 5lb bass here and there.. The seat folds back for tons of standing room. And it's 12' long and I think around 33 inches wide.

DSCN0376 (3).jpg Squeezed in one last trip to Ocracoke in 2016. A rare skate/puppy drum double was the highlight. Puppy drum came in at 17", 2" shy of the mark. Nice 70 deg weather in December so no complaints.

Retired last year and bought a kayak and trying to learn bass fishing. I've caught a few in farm ponds in the past and done a little ocean fishing but this is my first decent bass in the kayak :anonymous:

Lol! It was in kellyville pond but nothing that I'm not willing to share. My wife's family has 650 acres in Chelsea and some huge ponds that can only be fished with kayaks and that I am willing to share one day lol. I just got a kayak from santa so I can't wait to take it out.

been fishing for a while now. Bass fishing was what got me started but recently I've been slinging flies with the fly rod. Got some king salmon on a 4wt fly rod out of a local creek here in the bay area of California. 35+ minute fight for there guys

sure was, they never gave up. All those fish made me their slave. Walking up and down the river after them so i wouldn't spool the backing off
