I just kept my OR tires and wheels rather than trading them in or upgrading to something else. They're kind of growing on my now, so I think I'll keep them for a while. The dealer would've paid $50 for each wheel and each tire for total of $400.

Yup. $500 for the grill installed as part of the sale. I know it's an easy DIY install, but again......easier to just have it installed as part of purchase for several reasons. Saving a few bucks to do it on my own (and justify it) wasn't worth it to me.

No shame in that. I was just curious. Musta been a good feeling to get done with all the paperwork and come out to a brand new truck with the grille already on there!

That does look really nice. I haven't done much on the interior, but I could see this happening soon.

I just took a design offline and made some subtle changes so it would be one of a kind. Sent the design to them and they do the headrests for extra. I also had matching bed decals made by a member here.

Lol your dealer is a tool! Each wheel cost around $400-500 to replace they wanted to give you $50 so they could charge someone else full price hell thats cheaper for them then ordering it directly from toyota... And I sold my stock tires for $400 on craigslist in 45 mins lol
