I think everyone does that at least for a little while after make the switch. I know I did and ever once in awhile I'll move my left foot kinda like I gotta clutch, then I come to my senses.

Ya know I said the same thing when I was younger, but time makes you see a different perspective on things...

 

We shall see, my dad is 55 and still loves driving manual. Of course he drives a BMW so it's a little more rewarding compared to a truck

As a matter of fact I looked yesterday because Daniel said something about mounting his snorkel and it reminded me, so yes, I know exactly where it is.

 

I don't suppose you two (and anyone else in the area) would be interested in getting together for a mod day would you?!

 

I need to soon. I have a bunch of stuff piling up that I need to get installed, but no idea when I'll have time. Probably not until the week of March 6th sometime.

 

I would definitely have to be before that. If you can squeak a day and sometimes a week or two before that let me know. I'll be in DC on the 10th and then obviously the following weekend I'm going to be busy… LOL

I've posted this in various threads with limited response; I won't be buying them, but interested in knowing about Yokohama Geolander M/T's. I'm not a huge fan of directional tires. These LOOK awesome. Look like they could be a good mud tire. No sipes, so I'd imagine not wet road friendly. Anyone have any input?

 

Just caught up on the last few pages....

My Focus is an auto and it may or may not spend more time in Select mode than Drive. It's the worlds worst transmission though. Ford really dropped the ball with the DCT in that car.

@Bluegrass Taco Had Geolander ATs on my Wrangler way back when I turned 16. They did well from what I remember.

how much did you cut into your fenders? 2.5"?

 

I cut my fenders 2.5" and cut the flares 2" then reattached the flares.
