The location changed or you changed it and then told everyone else? You not see why that isn't your sole decision? Play nice...I don't think there is anything that Jason has said thats not true....

My stock rubber bushings crapped out pretty quickly too. So my factory LCAs were done. At least the TC control arms are rebuildable, and the uniball is much stronger than the stock ballpoint. You'd be surprised how much the stock LCAs move around because of the rubber bushings. Still hard to justify them tho.

Everything is rebuildable just have to be resourceful locating the bushings and ball joints

True! But it's a pain to pop out those rubber bushings. But I already spent over $12k on my SAS to get more flex, so I'm the wrong guy to talk to about justifying the cost of mods

lol, jk. seeing all that front suspension bling for you guys with front bumpers is nuts. I might go find OEM LCA's at a junkyard, hit um with some silver spray paint, and slap one TC sticker on. just wait :anonymous:

I used the stock bottle jack with a small 2x4 and matching socket to bush my LCA bushings out...didn't need to torch em or anything

you remember if it was an oddball socket size? I tried pressing my bushings out but my socket was little too small so the rubber just ripped instead.

you put toyota bushings back in or something else? I got my old lowers sitting around as spares, gotta eventually rebuild them. The toyota bushings are pretty pricey.

All this talk about LCA and bushings, now I gotta check mine and see if they're worn and need to be replaced. :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
Ok wait, NVM. I'll just have someone look at it. I wouldn't know what to look for anyway.

no, I put these in with SPC cam bolts...so I had to take 2 of the sleeves to work and ream the hole up for the new bolts.

only gripes I have with the SPC bolts is the washers are punched out to fit over a bolt that is decked a little, so there is some slop between the bolt and washer, but probably not enough to do anything...I would have used a laser/waterjet to cut the washers out of a sheet for tighter fit.
