a recipe? hmmm I feel like its gonna be awful... look don't follow no recipe when you are cooking good southern food it wont turn out right. gravy super easy, fry a lb of sausage in a cast iron skillet, then add a little flower to the meat and grease, stir it till all the lumps and stuff are out (about a min or so) then pour some milk in it and bring it to a boil while stirring, done. biscuits are simple too, (I guess this is kinda a recipe but everything is +- a little of this and a little of that) 2 cups self rising flour, half a stick of butter (you should really cut it in cold if makes the biscuit fluffier but I have inconstant results this way so I always just melt it) and about a half cup of milk. do not, DO NOT, over mix you dough. pat it out and cut ur biscuits, do not reroll the left over dough, try and cut them so there is no left over dough. bake @ 450* for 12 mins

 

I have some amazing bear sausage that's sooooo good in gravy. Grating frozen butter into the dough is the key to my biscuits.

 

Give some to the homeless then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
