HOW!? That's really only one of the few complaints I have about my taco, no real time temp, have to wait for the radio to update.

Check out the diff breather mod tutorial. It has the Toyota part#'s for the two pieces you need, then a length of hose and some zip ties. The one Chad put in was nice too. We use that system at work to lubricate pumps n motors remotely.

It is nice. The little muffler he uses for the breather will turn in to a maintenance item after a while. They'll get gummed up, but all you'll have to do is disconnect the tube from the fitting and blast it from behind with some brake cleaner.

Ordered some lightweight LPG cylinders to be shared between it and my camper trailer. Now I have to figure out what to look for and what to avoid when it comes to 240V shore power cables and potable water hoses.

Yea man its pretty sweet that setup which is why I'd wanna use that instead of the regular breather method. I can do a lot of the work myself but if I can get someone to make that for me I'd be golden. If I have to do it myself so be it :p

I'll get home tonight and check the thread pitch of the breather, if I can remember to do so. That will make it easier for you to source parts. I get stuff like that from Capitol Bearing, not sure who you can use in SA. I'm sure any Hydraulic supplier would be able to have those in supply.

Doing mine this weekend, hopefully not in the rain. Did you tint your DRL/turn signal bowl? I thought about it but don't have any VHT.

Yeah I did! It was pretty easy and I think it makes it look that much better. My DRLs are not as bright in the daytime now though. Still visible, just not as visible as stock

Did you tint with VHT? I really like the look of less chrome so may end up buying some.

THANKS! Might have to tackle this over the weekend with some other projects. I bought the taco used and it came with a Pioneer SPH‑DA120 but I don't use that screen for anything other than Pandora and occasionally Netflix or something when camping or hanging out in the cab so having the camera in it would be awesome.

Was thinking plastidip but ended up just going for it and used flat black spray paint after ruffing it up and wiped it down real good. Did 3 coats, a tac coat and 2 heavy coats came out nice looks so much better
