Ideally by end of summer I will get the lift we discussed and new tires. Might even have sliders soon and possibly skids.

They do but like mentioned not in the guided groups. I've seen a few 4x2's there and on trails but with groups of friends that are prepared to deal with what may come up.

Has anyone shipped anything to the Fedex Freight depot in Round Rock and picked it up? Trying to work out the logistics of picking up my Pelfreybilt.

Nope. Is that complicated? I've used Fastenal and that was easy, but that's also around the corner from my house.

 

IDK! Do you think they would deliver it to my fire department at a commercial delivery fee? haha.

 

I used Austin Shipping Solutions; they're in south-ish Austin if that works for you, and they were professional, cheap ($25), and courteous.

 

Do you just set them as the delivery address and schedule a pickup time?

 

I emailed them to get a simple form saying who I was and where it was coming from. They held it for several days with no charge and didn't mind that I didn't know exactly when it was going to arrive.
