Fuck H&R block. Had missed state taxes while on a deployment (internet cut out while I was doing them and thought it had submitted in time) Got back, went to H&R block to clear it up, dude says I owe such and such for late fees, Ok fine w/e...I get a letter in the mail a month later saying I still owe $150 in late fees. Go back to H&R block, talk to a different guy, he looks up the file, turns out the forms we filled out didn't get MAILED (not E-filed) for almost 3 weeks, so another late fee was assessed and I got to pay it. The guys at H&R block just stared at me when I said "It's literally your fault I have to pay this, I think you guys should be covering it" and then said No. Never going back to those idiots again.
