Uhoh, time to trade it in. The truck is completely devalued and will likely rust away by the weekend.
In the words of my uncle, "it's a family recipe, passed down from generation to generation... Pillsbury I think it's called"

Channel 13 cheating a bit here with this recalculation, lol. We've already got over a foot on the ground here.
Pretty impressive for a storm that on Monday they said wasn't going to do anything but dust us.

And now they're saying that we've got another storm coming in on Monday that might be a blockbuster, with the possibility of ANOTHER storm on Wednesday!

Back to back to back to back to back.

    Had 8 inches Tuesday/Tuesday night.
Over a foot on the ground already today.
    A few inches on Saturday.
Big storm Sunday night into Monday.
    Another storm on Wednesday!

Mother Nature is trying to make up for a shitty January all at once! Bring it on!

I left work early as well. The visibility was probably worse than the actual road conditions. I couldn't believe how many people drove past me without their lights on. With visibility so poor, I had very little time to even seen them. Common sense is lost on the masses, I suppose.

I much prefer the MT in poor weather and actually forgot how much more I like it since it's been a few years since I drove MT in the snow. The ABS in the '16 is less sensitive than the '13, but it's still far too easy to get it to engage. It's a bit unnerving when you hit the brakes and the truck keeps going. Snow tires are key still as I never needed 4WD. The only time I went sideways was when I intentionally gave it too much gas.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
Got home about an hour ago. Boss kicked me out at about 3:20 and took me about 35 minutes to get home (usually about a 20 minute ride)

Alrighty all, I'm outta here. Wish me luck on the ride home; was just outside to start the beast and you can't see shit even when you're sitting still.
Wonder how many idiots I'll come across on my way.

PS-Forecasters are ballparking/speculating that storm on Monday might drop 20+ inches in my area.
