Anyone know of good alignment places in the Seattle area willing to work with you on adjusting LR UCAS? I've been going to the Renton Firestone for the past 2 years with a lifetime alignment plan, but they now want an extra $150 on top just to adjust the camber with my UCA.

The deal he is talking about is Ebay only, they don't offer it in store. In fact last time I got tires on this same deal I went to the store to give them a chance to match and they couldn't come close but they were more than happy to mount and balance them, especially knowing they came from Discount originally.

I think it's just the manager. He didn't seem to want to do any extra work. First he said he couldn't find my lifetime alignment under my name. Told him I've been coming here for 2 years and have alignment printouts for the past 4 alignments. He says he's gonna have to have me bring those in. I wasn't going to come back if I had to leave so I had the guy look into the system again and we found it. Still wanted an extra $150 on top to adjust the UCAS for just camber. Told him to align it with just the cams. That didn't make him any happier. Hoping for the best now.

Wont take much to do your own. Could even stop buy a fab shop and they would more than likely give you enough scrap. Or a metal shop. Especially if you just said its to practice welding with and not for a specific use

Id call around. I know I did the online with the truck tires and when i took them in the manager (at my Discount Tire) said to go through him next time. He would match the online price and do free mount and balance (which was like 15 per a tire i think). With tax it ended up being about the cost or close to it. Discount Tire Direct (ebay) doesnt charge sales tax and does free shipping. Bit less of a hassle of waiting for UPS and then loading them :)

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
They also raise the prices 25 per tire when they do their deal. Best way to actually save money is to make 2 orders of 2 if they are over 200 each

Yeah, the ones I am looking to buy are sitting at $396 for 2 tires right now and since I need 5 I can order 3 on one order. For the other order if the prices aren't up I saw they have centering rings for like $18 so I will just add a set of those to that order and in the end I still end up saving $182.

I've been back and forth but I am thinking I am going to give the General Grabber AT2s a shot in 295/75/16 given the price. I haven't read really any bad reviews at all at this point and with it still being a DD for the time being I put a considerable amount more road miles on than I do off road. If they end up not being up to par I can always sell them for something else down the line.

I need a competent tech that's willing to adjust the UCA for camber and not charge me up the ass for it. I'll keep calling around.
