It looks most like the "brick" pattern from the linked site but none of their products look exactly like the picture.

A Drimel would be the best or a drill with a cutting wheel. Get more control and makes a cleaner cut.

The GrillCraft insert was around $100.00 and the TRD badge was $7.00 from the dealer.
I too used a sawzall to remove the OEM 9 ribs of the grill.
Zipties and crazy glue... I don't have a cost on that.

I like JB Weld and auto goop. Both are great adhesives. Crazy glue is just a normal superglue with very little bonding power for something like a grill.

I used JB weld on my 03 and 08 grills and they have both held up well over time.

I also used a dremel to remove the grill.

Funny thing is it works with the adhesive on the back of the TRD badge. The zip ties are to hold the badge in the shape of the grill as it is not flat. Once it's cured, it stays there.
If we actually had 4 seasons of weather, the crazy glue would need to be substituted with something else.

made my own light bracket from some aluminum flat bars from lowes, on the second get there are already holes to both sides of the latching mechanism that I used to mount the bars and just bolted them down. I carried over the same idea on to the first gen and it has worked well for me and meets my needs. You can kind of see the holes in this pic but they appear as just dark circles to the left and right of the latch.
