I actually spelled it wrong, my bad, it's caster.
    Here is a generic pic.

on these trucks, the caster is achieved via the lower control arm. That means when it's adjusted for positive caster, the wheel is actually positioned farther forward in the wheel well, providing more clearance at the lower part of the fender.
It is desirable to have as much caster as possible, we try to shoot for 3° positive. It steers better too.

find an alignment shop, should be in the $60.00 range, plus or minus, to get it done. Some will check it for nothing.

You running spacers for when you turn? I ended up doing 1.25" on mine and lost the rubbing.

Yeah, what he said. I have 265/75-R16s on my truck, and they clear everything with no cutting, pounding, or anything.

I never had to run spacers for any of my tire/wheel combos. The backspacing on the wheels is key. Those are 16x8 4.50BS
Stock wheels I think need spacers.

My 31's rub when I pull in and out of my driveway. I never notice them rubbing when I'm doing anything off the pavement though.

    Today...

Got a CEL for a knock sensor. Probably from the impending failure of the flex plate. Pulling parts this weekend to verify if it's the flex plate. Unloaded knocking noise from engine/trans area. Unfortunately not the Toyota tick, but still gotta verify.:(

    it's a 31.8' tire and in a BFG closer to 30" :D
I was just stating that the pic he showed is what you would normally see with a 33" tire, not that the tire in the pic was 33"

thats bigger then a normal 31'' tires.

As mention already. Your castor is off. Shoot for 1-2 degrees not 0. Go to a shop and ask them for that. You'll be fine.

could be, but his wheel sits about 2" farther back, give or take, than what I see on other trucks.
I never rubbed at full stuff with that size, lift makes no difference at all.
