Is there any difference in radiators for 4wd or not? There's 2 densos I see, 1 says (RWD; Automatic trans; Except Pre-Runner) and the other says (4WD; Automatic trans.) so wtf can a prerunner choose?
    http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/toyota,2003,tacoma,3.4l+v6,1418453,cooling+system,radiator,2172

If any of these work please let me know cause I don't want to spend $200 on this vv if I can spend $90 on the denso

I rubbed with 265/75s and similar backspacing. It's the increased backspacing that's pushing his tire closer to the firewall while turning.

Get a BFH and grinder and you can fix that shit in a few minutes.

Talking about radiators I noticed the (stock?) Radiator I have in my truck is a Harrison. Is there even a denso one made for a 3.4 V6 auto 4WD? But almost 80% of the items that comes from out of the factory on our trucks are denso made. Basically the best for 1st gen tacomas that I know of. I would check dimensions on your radiator.

Yeah, believe it or not, Harrison was an OEM supplier for the radiators for Tacoma. That's not a bad thing, Harrison makes quality product, it was just super odd to see it when I had to change it out. And with a Denso, lol.

Keep maintaining that truck and you'll see 500K without a problem.

Really, that's a surprise because when I opened up the hood and one of my instructor looks at the radiator and says weird how Toyota was using a American company. I haven't had a problem with the radiator yet so that's good. Where did you get the denso radiator from?

From Amazon. Yeah, I actually looked up the Harrison deal because I'm weird. The Denso 'feels' more at home on my Yota... I swear it runs better, lol

I'll be looking around Amazon once my radiator goes out. But I do know what you mean. I believe denso is the best brand for almost any car part. I see a lot of new jeeps, chevys, etc that have denso alternators. Guessing AC delco or what ever brand chysler was using wasn't lasting as good.

Yeah I figured it out, the part # on rockauto corresponds to the Toyota #.
    205-85= $120 Toyota markup lol...and that's camelback pricing.

Ah yes that's what mine look like.
Those are bushings? I just thought they were part of the link itself. Like a boot. But if those are the bushings, my bushings are long past due for replacement. They look awful. Not surprised I'm getting noise. They probably aren't doing anything on the passenger side anymore, and I bet the driver isn't far behind.

    Thank you, btw.

Prerunners get the 4WD radiator, make sure if you have an auto you get one marked for an auto.

That's my mother in law's car and my garage... It popped the trim lose on my garage and bent up her license plate. She didn't even know it had happened. A hammer and some silicone and my garage was no worse for wear... I kinda wish she had hit it hard enough to nock it over. Then I could have built a new garage.

RWD means 5lug trucks in this case and they have a shorter radiator so it can't get hit due to their height. Prerunners are just neutered 4wd trucks, but 5 lugs are a different beast all together with different frames and rear axles.... Confused yet?
