    Irony is for 54 years Japan would not allow US Navy nuclear powered (engineering plant) ships into any port on any of their waters. And then they managed to do what no one else has ever done. All on their own. That is something no writer anywhere has said yet. I'm certainly no writer but can't help saying it.
