Cost me less than Mobil1 and I can trust it. The oil is good for 25k miles and the filter for 15k but I am changing it around the time the filter gets changed. Checked it the other day and its black but not OMG IT SHOULDVE BEEN CHANGED black

black oil is not a bad thing anyway; it means the oil is cleaning the components that it comes in contact with (like the 3rd most important thing oil is supposed to do) where do you get it? the oil that is?

 

Ive had some people tell me its not healthy for the engine to have oil thats been in the truck for 15k miles. Even though thats half the life its intended to be for. I just shake my head and smile. I get it it straight from Amsoil. I am a preferred customer and they drop ship it to me from Dallas. Cost me less than $80 for 6 quarts and a filter. The preferred customer program is $20 for a year and I get 25% off all products.

 

Don't forget Amsoil also states no more than 12 months.

Ah yea forgot to mention that too I changed the oil around the end of summer time which is why I am changing it now
