Finally, someone else who understands!!!

 

Spray some penetrant down in to the frame where the threads are and soak a day or two. You'll need a large wrench to turn the old bumps out, like a pipe wrench or channel locks. Turning the wheel to access the bumps will make the job easier. Installing the new bumps will be easier than removing the old. Pick up a small packet of anti seize from the part store, they usually have them at the registers, and coat the bolt threads with that prior to installation.
