    5 weeks to go! I was watching some of the videos from last year and it looks like a mud fest. Is there much in the way of rocks/climbs/ledges to go up? Pic from a couple weeks ago in Russell County. Definite mud fest after all the rain. Would be a good place to have a mini-meet some time.

    I know where there's a charcoal colored one, new, never installed, $300. Kinda interested. But....I'd prefer a hard shell. Much of the reason I'd want the bed covered is to haul tools around. Soft top offer little in the way of security. After years in a jEEp, you're but a pocket knife away from a break-in at any time. (Life in a tent) Mixed emotions....So I just do without until I make up my mind.

    Still haven't made up my mind. I have to get back to work (on vacation at the moment) and find out if my vacation request has been approved or not. If so, we'll be there all 4 days. If not, MAYBE 2 days, possibly just 1. Sandy isn't in for camping out this time. A friend who's partially disabled will be riding along. He can't sleep on the ground for a couple reasons. So.....it's all up in the air at the moment.

    Nothing like being able to firm up plans well in advance.....:rolleyes:
