No idea on the price, but without the winch, I would estimate the weight to be 40-50 pounds.

    That's not too bad for a low-profile

Yeah, I think the SSO was listed around the 75lb range without a winch. This is light if that's close to the weight OP stated.

Yup. SSO also quotes in anywhere between $750 and $900 so a pricepoint that's competitive here would be pretty sweet because there is really only one option right now.

Yup, saw that right away, but I think bending the front 3/16" portion to match the bumper curve exactly would add to the cost. Most are just flat plates welded up with "slight" curves if they can get it to conform to their jig setups.

Not sure I'm understanding you? There are a handful of options, not many, but they're out there. SSO, C4, someone else I'm forgetting (sorry) Stingray, and US Offroad just came out with an interesting variant.

(sorry @oorah54 I don't mean to threadcrap, but did want to provide the info)

    (edited to update with Stingray)

That looks really nice. Love the low profile, almost stock look. Any chance there will be a version for a 2nd gen Tacoma?

That's very possible. I've only really seen the SSO one and now this so...
