Damn I missed out on that. Looks like they're about 2x the price of the weather tech but I might as well buy them once and be done with it.

    Are those the XL?

I was considering the regular sized ones since I don't have OEM fender flares.

I got approved for the full asking price for this mountain cabin & the 10 acres. Of course i'm not paying the asking price. I plan to come in low and go from there. The listing agent told me he showed this property about 20 times and not 1 offer. I asked why no offers, he replied because its only 1 bedroom and has a steep driveway. If i do buy it my first order of business is to meet & talk to the locals and find some trails. Then invite you guys for a meet.

Yeah man. So I found when I installed them half of my anchors were torn out. So I bought a shitload if you need any. I think I'm pretty local to you.
Edit: The anchors I bought are OEM and they fit like a glove. Tried using hardware store anchors and they worked but not well.

Furniture & appliances stay but the seller wants the taxidermy and his tools from the storage area under the porch.

I plan to leave my lifted Landcruiser at the cabin for a trail rig. I tagged it historic so I don't have to deal with emissions. The registration is only $51 every two years and full coverage insurance is only $30 a month more to my policy so the truck don't cost me much to let it sit.

The road is gated and the driveway has a chain gate. It's on a dead end road up on the mountain.
