    With Ingles you have to use their station, but they do not charge a card fee. What I've seen with using Bilo is that all of the stations that honor it charge about 6 cents a gallon for using a CC or debit card. Since CC's are safer that debit cards, I put all my gas on a dedicated CC and pay the balance every month.

    We decided to book it. Some of the reviews said it is a good neighbor hood and I didn't see anything negative.
