'16 DCSB SR5 4x4 AT, 2" lift, 265/75-16 Copper AT3', removed front air damn. I never look at the MPG any more as regardless of what it says, at 300-315 miles, light comes on and I better fill up by 340ish. Id say my driving is 60% highway (usually 70-75mph unless in traffic), 40% urban (35-50mph). I've also come to find out that regardless of my driving style, I get the above results. I run 87 only.

Based on my mileage and the 21.1 gal tank size I can go ~440 miles. I have taken it over 400 (I think 420ish) before but it was pretty low on the gauge and the light had been on for awhile.

I count each 1/4 tank as 100 miles

Yup, I fat fingered the 3 some how.

    Edit:

I retract the above. I've got 72 miles to go on a full tank that's sitting at 277 miles. I won't make that 72 miles before needing gas. The "please fill up soon" message will be on before then.

Then what performance gains are folks experiencing with the higher octane in this specific truck?

absolutely zero, because from the factory they are tuned to operate on regular pump gas.

you may have a slightly faster 0-60, but that's only because the wallets getting thinner!

16OR with 14k. Average of 17.4, the best I've ever done is 19.2. Kinda disappointing. I'd probably feel different if it was more responsive and I got these MPGs.

    • That is total expense for 26.6 miles, not per gallon.

    Rise from the dead!

Perhaps a silly question, but is everyone using US MPG? I see there is an option in settings for Imperial MPG... which of course would show higher but still read the same speed on the digital display.

Just did a short 186 mile highway trip and averaged 20.8mpg at 70-75mph (300km at 11.3litres/100km at 110-120km/h)

None Yet... I just bought the thing for gods sake haha.
I came here mainly to ask if anyone else is noticing higher MPG than the fuel economy system is displaying. Maybe my math is off, but I'm getting slightly better MPG than the system shows when I calculate based on miles vs. gallons.

You're aware Wolfe didn't put the gas tax on our pumps right? It was the scum bag before him. Please redirect your anger at Corbett who added the gas and Turnpike taxes for us...
