I had 12 KCs on my CJ. Used a Ford starter solenoid as a relay

Okay guys, got some stuff for you. I ordered hubs from nj636, and got the c/v dust seals too, thinking they went outside the spindle. When I did the drivers' side today I realized my mistake, that they go inside the spindle . I didn't want to do any further disassembly when mine are fine. So if any of you guys need a set, $20 picked up or $25 shipped.

And, after flipping a coin and doing the drivers' side first, I went for a drive and the growl is gone . So the passenger side is good, or at least serviceable. So after I replace it with the new one tomorrow, I'll keep it to give to it to who ever wants it for a spare - free of course. Pick it up or I gould bring it to a mod day .

I had four on my light bar. No roll bar because I usually had a cap on it. So many nights sleeping in the back of that truck around a camp fire. okay I'm getting misty.

Almost 1600 Watts of pure incandescent beauty..lol.
One 50" LED bar probably has more lumens.

You want the c/v dust seals or the hub?

We both had the same truck for out first car. Same color and decals. I did the same thing in the bed. And I made a bench for it in HS metal shop. I gotta dig up more pics.

Hahaha.. I can attest to the power and durability of the coast flashlights, although a lil pricey. I currently have a defiant I bought from home depot for $30 bucks I think, and I think it has 800+lumens. It has been great so far. I still haven't replaced the oem battery after over a yr of use.

I'll take a look at the Coast flashlights. I have a pair of Coast Headlamps that I like a lot.
Those NiteCore flashlights might be out of my budget.

Yup. The batteries were pretty weak that day, but they did the job.
