I understand and know the feeling! I grew up in the NE. The best of both worlds is to be here in the Winter and go North in the summer. Hang tough Jim! It'll break soon!

A little nuisance snow last night. Messy Noreaster tomorrow into Monday, snow, sleet and rain.
Thing is supposed to crank up offshore, so Mike will probably get the brunt of it.

Have to go to State Po-Po this morning to renew my handgun license. It's 70 bucks for 5 years.
The communist gov of this state was on the news explaining his failed budget and why the state is 1 billion in the hole.

Sooooo, to cure his budget woes, he wants to increase handgun license fees from 70 bucks to 300 bucks.
No ulterior motives there, huh?

I have it but I didn't know about it several years ago. Damage is done. I'll take a pic later.
Matter of fact I need to make my runs. Need base cabinets, poly spray to finish my chair, back to black by meguiars.

Sick dog stayed outside where it should've been.

Not as much cherry pie topping left since wife scarfed on it.

Got 6 more hens that are a new breed. Rhode Island red, Cornish cross. Supposed to have jumbo eggs.

    Yeup.
My tech number has two digits.
    The newer guys have five.
I am like you. The old school do it yourself attitude.
I vary rarely ever ask for help. I don't want to depend on anybody. I don't trust anyone to hold up their end.
I consider it a personal failure if it need to ask for help.

Tell them to put gas stations on the highway 84 maybe then people won't just drive through the state instead of stopping and spending some money ;)

I used to have the old snap on stickers on my box that I invested in precious metals don't ask to borrow. Still pissed me off the younger crowd thinks they don't need to buy tools. Just mooch off others.
