Good morning everyone! It's supposed to get up to 60 today but it sure doesn't appear to be in a hurry to get there.

Our weather in Michigan has been whacky this year. A bunch of snow, then melts, then cold, light snow, salt, then rain.:annoyed:

Good morning, I slept hard last night too seem to do that on Fridays more and more after the work week. All this talk of goodies and pie I'm going to take a road trip today and make a run about an hour away to check out a pie shop. And look at the ice on the water and pretend I can see the trout under it that I'll be catching in a few months. Woke up to 37* supposed to hit 40 today. Don't even need a jacket with this weather but there is no wind either.

Living here tempted to make a smart ass comment about what is a handgun license. But had one in NY State back in 83 and never surrendered it when I left the State which I guess is a crime. Screw them. But have 2 sisters living in Upstate and worry when I go visit them that I'll get pulled over and then thrown in jail.

I can cook and according to some pretty well. But when it comes to baking am a complete failure. I have come to the conclusion that baking is a black art.

Same here, not sure if should complain that it hasn't been below zero for a month straight with 4 feet of snow or just try to "enjoy" it.

Wind blew hard all day yesterday coming up from the gulf. So the pollen count is high and the temps they say will hit the mid 80s today. But they're also posting fire watches due to the lack of rain.

I was checking some things at work and, when I got out to go take a closer look, my phone rang. I was better than 20' away before I could talk and listen and my hearing isn't real bad for my age and occupation. Even directly talking to another person isn't all that easy. When you're inside the cab, it's quiet as a car.

    It's the 6.7

Just got back from Bilgeport. Nobody 'cept me there. In and out in 10.
The old soup chicken behind the counter was bitching that people keep calling wanting to renew early.
She said it didn't pass yet and I replied it's a anti 2nd state so it'll go up.
Then she said "it's all about the pensions".
At that point it was time for me to go as I am fired up already after drinking a pot of coffee.
