    Is it possible to order a 2nd Gen without all the winch design and have a receiver hitch in the same location? I need the option of moving trailers, a portable winch (front or back), and a cargo basket for fishing setups. Not asking for the certifications of towing like the stock rear trailer hitch but I do need it to be stout and the same size as the rear hitch. Thank you in advance!

    Yes absolutely, but are you sure you dont want a winch though? They come in mighty handy sometimes. We also offer a block off plate for the fairlead hole so you dont lose that functionality if you arent ready for it right now.

    I want the winch just no light bar cut out. So it would be OEM+ with winch and no light bar cut out. can that happen?

    All orders do require up front payment, with a ship time of 4-5 weeks.

    Ahh I see that now. I misread your comment the first time. You can absolutely get it that way. Just select plain face no light bar cutout in the options when you place your order.
