    Sway bar bushings.
I had the plan to put OME on my pickup, and while looking under my truck, my friend said "your sway bar has a lot of movement, you should replace the mount bushings."
I confirmed and said "ok". Replaced with moog parts. They were blue, so i figured " eh, looks high performance".

Fast forward 3 month, I installed OME and the sway bar was rubbing on the wider spring seat of the 885. So it was either buy relocation brackets, or just take the sway bar out.

Now it's sitting in my yard, with high performance looking blue bushings. And my pickup can't tell the difference

N-Fab "rock sliders." Fine example of what happens when you don't do your research before purchasing something.

Well if I had shopped around a bit I would have realized that I could have gotten real sliders for just a bit more. The N-fab sliders are better than nothing as far as protecting your truck is concerned, but nothing compared the the solid weld/bolt-ons made by other companies. Live and learn I suppose. ;)

Edit: I actually made a YT vid of my review of the "sliders":

Technically these came on the truck when I bought it but I freaking hate them I'm six foot two and I don't need them and they hit the ground every time I go over some moderate bump

I'm proud of you guys for being so honest!

And surprised we're not seeing folks talking about LEDs, headlight conversions and bull bars yet.

Regret buying coilovers on IFS and OME lift, and not just saving and going SAS. I would have had enough to link it. Oh well. It was a good stepping stone to get me more interested in wheeling and wrenching.

    1) Wheelers poly spacer - After driving a few hundred miles, they compress and you have to tighten the top 3 lock nuts. Did this about 3 times until they finally settled. They do get warped.
    2) Wheelers Progressive AAL - Too soft. Great for wheeling but sucks on road. I prefer a single AAL over the multi-leafs.
