Can it be the same good samaritan waiver or should my lawyer draft a specific one for restaurant liabilities?

 

Like others were saying, you'll rub the fenders and the cab mount, and possibly the pinch weld. If you're running steelies, then you will also rub the UCAs unless you get wheel spacers.

 

So ive tossed around the idea of 1 day vinyling my truck in matte olive green. Thoughts

 

Cab mounts rubbing would that only be full turn?

 

The whole concept is a great idea, but please heed my warning as I have seen my share of over pressurized tanks and containers. Please bare in mind that these types of containers are "not" meant to be pressurized even at at 10 PSI. Plastic fuel and water containers unlike FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) and metal tanks are plastic seam welded containers and have very weak joints when put under pressure. Just my two cents as I would not want anyone to get hurt while attempting such builds.

 

I MAY do KM2's. No interest in KO2's. Because mud.....

More like half turn probably. Go out and turn your wheel all the way and look at where your cab mount is in relation to how far the wheel gets tucked in. That'll give you a good idea.

 

Yeah agreed... The 10 PSI range is a good one to stay within... I went up to 20 PSI just to see and it definitely didn't feel comfortable...

Saw it on shark tank last night and thought it was awesome. You just hook your garden hose up and fill it up, and that pressurizes the tank.

 

Hands down best mod thus far...

Been doing a good bit of research and I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on the ultra gauge

 

I replaced the wipers with Bosch Icons, and also did my first oil change (first 4 courtesy of Toyota). The local dealer service department is closed on Saturdays so I settled with a fram filter and Royal Purple 5w30!

I can't believe our trucks take 5.2 Qts and jugs are 5qt. I need to go pick up a small bottle and top her off.

 

Last hearing test, I have 70% hearing loss in right ear, 55% loss in left. Grew up on farm tractors before cabs were common, Army artillery, dirt bikes, and loud car stereo's. Just about every 4wd I've owned had mud tires.....First dozen were in the bias ply/"Gumbo Mudder" days. I'm used to it and consider tire noise part of the full effect.

That said, it's one set of tires....No street set and off road set. I want a decent street tire, but do NOT want a ton of "give up" when the pavement ends. Duratracs have done pretty well and they're still a consideration, but I'd like to have something different. I had KM2's on my Dodge. They were meh on wet roads, but downright scary when loaded heavy.

Which keeps bringing me back to the Cooper STT Pro's.....
