    bed:Rhino coat-blck, gold match Tonneau, dark tint side wndws, tires: Cooper Adventurer HT, washable sheep covers, fog lamps, el cheapo drive lights. & other cheap stuff that works !
    In a larger city like wherever it could work.

    I know it would work here in So. Sea. I see vets everywhere . It would be a charitable, state program.
