LED Bed Lighting

anyone installed LED bed lighting that has any tips and pictures to share.. looking to buy some and was curious if you tapped into the outlet in back for power, etc..

Do not waste a dollar on any set but @mattgecko it is hands down a great set, easy install & Matt is easy/awesome to work with! He also sells a under the hood LED set! Buy them both!

I just bought ebay 5m waterproof 5050 led strip and a fuse and switch.
Cost around $25..
Been working great almost two yrs now.

 

You can get them at Walmart

They have two very thin leds that I like that would work great attached to tow hitch.

 

unfortunately no WalMart are in Guam... one of the downfalls about being here currently, and they charge an arm and a leg to ship here. 2019 can't come soon enough

 

Buying a "bedlighting kit" sounds cool.. but it's sooo easy to diy... and since I did under hood, footwell, glovebox, center console ect...
I have alot of extra leds and connectors to do more lighting mods for the same price
1 prebuilt "kit" cost.

 

happen to have any tips, etc especially for the bed and hood? any write-ups, etc by chance?
