What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I joined the TRD wheels/BFG KO2 club....

 

Been here 4 years and never saw that before. Never saw a bad post from him either.

 

No rubbing at all in case anyone is wondering..

 

Finally had the TSB done - no more hunting for gears; no more clunk into reverse. Very pleased.

 

Maybe he rubbed the president the wrong way. Allegedly he's condemning everyone that "bad mouths" him so it is a possibility. Who knows if it's true. Haha!

What lift set up do you have here? I'm either looking for this 275/70/17 or 265/70/17 BF AT

 

Could you give us details on the lift?

 

Got my stock tonneau sold and swapped bed rail caps so it was time to get my Warrior Products bed rack back on. Not pictured (yet) is my RTT that I'll get back on shortly.

 

It's in the 3rd generation mods section. If you do the mod, make sure and buy the harness adapter so you don't have to hack your factory wiring.

 

Added some @rrentrop color-matched center cap decal inserts! I love them and am really happy with the blue. PITA to install but came out good I think

Cool idea. How long did that take you to develop?

 

After having installed them, if you have heated seats I would recommend un-bolting the seat and leaning it back to run the straps under all the wires. Also, from experience they are easier to work with if warm. Several people have had issues getting the cover under the headrest, it is not too hard and don't freak if they tear a little the the plastic covers minor damage

 

Thought I would be posting by now the addition of some new tires.......Went to discount tire today to swap my practically brand new Pro tires with some bro's but they only wanted to give me enough credit for one new tire. Total crap.

My tires have exactly 32 miles on them. If anyone is interested or knows someone who is, PM me! Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure with Kevlar, 265/70/16. 32 MILES!

 

Curious how much total that ran you? I'd like to upgrade similarly, but haven't added it all up yet.

 

I started a bed platform. Struts lift and hold the bench storage lids.

 

Where's the details for those mods at?

 

I paid $761.88 with no tax and no shipping cost for the KO2 tires from 4WP online shipped and $692.00 plus tax and no shipping for the Pro wheels from my local dealer picked up (pricematched to Toyota of Cool Springs saving $168 by pricematching)

 

Ouch, totally changes the look for the better, I'll just have to save up $1500 before I can seriously consider it.
