    For me personally it wasn't worth the extra $400 and on a road at night if I have my roof light bar on and see a car coming, its much quicker to hit a switch than balance my hand on a touch screen. But to each their own.

    Yes that too, i liked the bigger rocker switch.

    You turn your light bar off for oncoming traffic? You're so nice.

    Typically.

    By the way got the truck back today and holy shit, it drives like a brand new taco now. Well the steering at least. So much better. Probably will be going through steering racks every 40-50k miles now

    I try to get a more accurate measurement for you, but a rough measurement with them installed on my truck gave me 32.5". Just this pic for now.

    Shit on a black truck.
    Have to order the harness Monday. Will I need a fuse jumper as well if I run the bar off a switch?

    I think you're referring to @Usethe2nd ? He's been getting shipments of shop tools this week but still waiting for his bender. Sitting there imagining the pipe bending on the die he has no use for yet. :drunk:

    Nope. What the wiring harness comes with is all you need. How ever most of us run a different switch than what comes with the harness, like one that fits into one of the oem locations.

    I hate those damn tear dropped switches. I'd have 2 of those sticky taped to the dash now if it weren't for factory fit switches.

    well we need someone with a working winch haha. after lookin at pics im not sure if we get into a jam, how much room we'll have to use snatch straps, etc. There is also the use of a Hilift to "winch" out with....but thats gonna be a LONG adventure.

    I say def come on. We can always meet at my house and leave as a group.

    @Kappes03 @JimSnell @bobsuruncle

    and anyone else!
