Have only eaten there twice and for the very reasons ^

still a LONG haul

 

I bought a huge brisket last week and had the butcher cut it into 3 smaller hunks so I'm going to q up one of them tonight for a little valentine's dinner with the Mrs. Add in a couple baked potatoes, grilled asparagus, side salad.

I'm thinking take some of the leftover meat and a little.of the drippings for chili would be awesome.

 

...and it's raining...so I guess that means no smoke, just direct cook on the grill.

 

Dallas is the only area that I've lived so far where you can have temps in the teens and the 80s in the same month.

Boss just called, we're going to reevaluate the situation at 11am.
