    I know that there are two wires, but you still didn't answer the question!!

    The zip corded bonded wire coming out of the switchbacks is actually two wires:

    Red/Black stripe wire bonded to a solid black wire.

    Question:
    Do I connect the Red/Black stripe wire to a positive illumination source, and separate the bonded solid black wire and connect to ground?

    Yes, split the wires. Red to dash illumination or ignition power source and the black goes to a ground.

    New to electrical/wiring... Just got a blue sea fuse box but liking the simplicity of your setup. Not sure about the switch length, whether to get the 6ft or 3ft length for the RTMR. Looking to pick up a fuse block mount too. Would a 2 foot reach from the stock battery location to the mount site? What size would you recommend if not?
    all in all looking to splurge on a mounting plate for RTMR and breaker, battery cable, and RTMR. Already have an 80amp breaker. All for a 13 off road AT

    Finally going to hook up my switch panel. I remember seeing instructions on powering switches so they can be dimmed with interior dash lights but don't know what thread it is in. Anyone want to help out?

    We dont have a plate specifically for the MT. Do you need a RTMR or Blue sea mounting plate?


    I dont recall which thread it is However you can tap into any general dash illumination circuit. email me if you have any specific questions.

    Well you never pm'd me back with dimensions, and since I'm running out of time for my locker installs I ordered one anyways. I'll be the guinea pig for the manual 2016+ bracket. If it doesn't work out I'll have a bracket for sale.
