Well I figure I better start this thread before I forget lol. Picked up a Quicksand 2017 TRD OffRoad 4x4 with prem/tech package in Auto Trans, last week. The end goal (is there ever and end? Probably Not..)I do not have piles of $$$ sitting around so it will probably move a little slower than some. So, without further ado, I give to you my Taco in its exact nature that I purchased it. Will update as we go along. Thank you for tuning in!

I did add a screen protector and photochopped me up a picture for the startup and screen off

getting some small stuff out of the way..... bed mat and TRD Pro knob came in from Toyota today.... and also replaced every bulb I could with LED (actually waiting how the reverse and brake/rear turn signal bulbs they will be here tomorrow)

Here is a list of all the bulbs I ordered for each light just in case anyone is wondering:

    Low Beams: H11 , https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VNBDWPK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    High Beams: H9 , https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LXKF8XV/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    Fogs: H11 , https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SZK26T0/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    Front Turn Signals: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PGRGSH6/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Cab Map Lights / License Plate: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MAG6RMM
    Cab Dome Light: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZKTXJA4/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Brake / Rear turn signals (you will need 4 total of these bulbs): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019JAQJJC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    Reverse Lights: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K3GBRQ2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I only have pics of the low beams because I lost a piece to one of the high beam bulbs so I have to get that piece replaced then I will get pics with high beams. I had these OPT7 bulbs in the low beams on my last car also and they were great, never had any issue with them, and rarley ever had to even use my brights!

    Bed Mat put in:

and a shot of the interior LED after:

Next will probably be WeatherTech floor mats, some nice quality seat covers, and a TRD Pro Grille......on the fence about TRD Pro headlights and taillights, not sure if I feel like they are worth it to me yet or not .... after all the small things are out of the way I will get into the more expensive items lol

    thanks for looking!!:goingcrazy:

How are your Opt7 headlights treating you? I am wanting to get some LED headlights but I am weary because I don't want to short or burn anything up... is there any dangerous associated with retrofitting LEDs instead of normal halogen head lights? Sorry if this is a broad question, I am not very familiar with led headlights. Thanks they look great!

The OPT7 bulbs are amazing, i had them in my 2013 Fusion, we have them in my wife's 2015 Focus and a buddy of mine has them in his 2013 Focus, and have never had a single issue! ... love them so far in the Taco, they are a direct plug and play replacement of your H11 halogen bulbs. Took my about 10 minutes to install them

Can you hear the fans run with the opt7 LEDs? Kind of curious if that would be a new noise to deal with.

Bye bye chrome grill. Was going to do the TRD Pro grill but then I was like everyone has that and I am definitley not spending $500 on a piece of freaking plastic. So doing it myself. Spent a day of time and about $20 on paint

Looks like that came out real nice. One of the better grill paint jobs I've seen!

grill looks great. I have been inspired to do mine as well. Everyone on here seems to have good results. Also with the dip it comes off easy. I also can not spend that crazy money for a pro or any other grill really. I hate the chrome so much so I will just at least make a attempt.
