@mh.meier, what is the tow rating on the standard Pelfreybilt bumper? I would like to tow a travel trailer or a toy trailer and would hate to lose the factory tow rating. Any idea on the actual value?

 

Super sick!! I love all of the goodies under there and that bumper is sick. I am sure the ride is/will be night and day. What are your plans for tires?

I am keeping my ambitions reasonable, 19 footer with a dry weight around 3800#.

This is what the Wife wants and I'm cool with, just want to make sure the bumper can handle it if I go that route, otherwise I need to paint the bumper caps because I'm sick of chrome.

I think that is a great sized tire. Especially on the second gen.

I have a personal limit of 5K wet in my head. 5500 would be pushing that supposed 6800/680 max on the 3rd gen... We'll see, we're locked into the trailer or SXS debate, both are around the same price. The SXS would be more fun IMO.
