According to that page you can't even touch the limbs that hang over which is different most places I lived said you could but you had to be careful not to damage the tree or your butt was on the hook . I found another with antidotal information on a forum down there and if it is correct I really would suggest you take your pictures , send them to the neighbor certified mail his signature only with a polite request to handle it. If it is returned keep it do not open it, then if there is a problem you can show you notified him and when and he failed to act . Which then puts the ball in his yard as far as the insurance company will be concerned. Again I am not an expert nor a lawyer so if you have an attorney perhaps check with him / her on what the correct course of action will be . A split like that on a Bradford though it could be banded or lagged together it is going to fail and if not this winter when the spring wind and rains come it will most likely go then if nothing is done.

Basically a Pro Stock is a resemblance of a factory built car with modifications to make it faster . it weighs a minimum of 2350lbs with a V8 engine no more than 500cubic inches . These engines now fuel injected makes upwards of 1500 hp and an ET of 6.3x @ 214mph

These cars first appeared in the early 70's from the Superstock class . Today's cars basically are a Top Sportsman car with modifications to run in NHRA Pro Stock
