    Cooked up a couple pounds of salmon and made a nice little roast with sweet potatoes(purple and regular) and carrots. I'll make rice and roast some asparagus in the morning. No skipping lunches this week. For the sake of my sanity...

    I'm about to get tired of salmon. I don't eat much meat lately, I've developed a hatred for cooking for one. I haven't cooked chicken in forever, I don't make Boston butts anymore, and I haven't made bacon in weeks.... Maybe longer. I've been on a slight seafood kick lately. I'll probably pick up a few pounds of royal red shrimp in FL this weekend. I can't resist shrimp and grits.
