My feelings about Monsanto should not be said either lol. Ask the people of Hawaii what they think. But I spent years landscaping, both for the city and my buddy who started his own company. I agree that spray has its place though...

As far as water storage our system leaks as much as it's used. The water that runs down your spout could fill your needs for the year, minus irrigation. I would like to see more cisterns and gray water irrigation. It just makes sense.

I feel your pain. Mine wasn't totaled but I'll forever miss my 2.7 Tacoma. Helluva truck.

FWIW I'm pretty stoked you're going T4r

Not a big fan of Monsanto either. Use Roundup sparingly instead of excessively. The other stuff works well in most applications. Just that 10% that can't be controlled by anything else. Spent 2 hours pulling weeds by hand yesterday and didn't use either of these guys.

They only had the big bottle left...

Water storage is the ticket! It's where hippies and preppers find common ground. Either way, it makes sense.

Btw a step breaking on your attic ladder while holding a giant heavy glass shower door is not fun. Neither are the two giant nails scraping down your entire leg. Luckily it was only the third step. Time for another shot.

Make sure to re-seam sealer the outside, I need to redo mine, found out today just how badly I need to.

Could it be possible the firewall grommet is letting water in? I have a lot of wires running though it, I say that because that rust is coming from the top and the grommet is right above that. I thought most of the water went down the cowl and not so much the firewall.

Mine was letting water in. I cut it ot feed wires through and water carried on the wires down to the floor. But My area was also leaking because my tub job failed in a few points
