What tail lights are those? I'm loving them and would make my pyrite mica look a little nicer. I did a search and found ones that dont look blacked out.

Those are spyder taillights. You can look them up on Carid.com, that's where i got mine. They should be delivered today, can't wait to install them.

    A thing or two...
I'm confused by your sound deadening application. Normally when people post pictures everything is covered. Is there a method to the madness of where the pieces are placed and how big they are?

Depends what you do. Coil spacer will look different than someone who bought new shocks and adjusted them. Get some 5100s and adjust til you're happy. Stock to +2.5"

No just used different sized door trim from auto parts store the small size fit in the channel the middle being larger needed a larger size put the smaller size on the grove then the larger one to fill in .came out tight enough not to let dust in .totalcost hardly anything because i already had the trim from my door project

Full coverage really isn't necessary, but it's not going to hurt anything. The way he did it will have similar effects. The reason is because that type of sound deadener is more a vibration dampener. There's another type of material you can put over that (MLV) that does more to reduce actual road noise.

Nuno, contact RAAMmat or Mr Marv and tell them that you are a forum member here on TW and they will automatically give you a discount at any time. I ordered mine directly from RAAMmat. They were very easy to deal with.

It's so much nicer! There was a long break between doing the rear wall/ driver's AC door and the other 3 doors. After doing the rear wall it made a huge difference in quieting my knobby Duratracs. There's also a cab vent back there that I partially covered. The air pressure differential inside the cab is a little higher now though, closing doors or windows you can feel the pressure in your ears.

Now that all the doors are done, I can actually hear audio books while on the highway. The doors are WAY heavier and take a bit more umph to get them open. Closing them has a nice 'clunk'. There's still a little rattle from when the door contacts the AC door though, inherent from the fact that the AC door moves when the main door is closed on it. I even went so far as to fasten the seat belt height adjustment slider in place with sound deadening to keep it from rattling - it's just a loose piece of plastic that moves and rattles when you move it by hand.

Most sound deadening applications don't require full coverage. I only had 36 sq/ft to cover both doors and an access cab door, so I couldn't go balls out. I covered the inner door skin from top to bottom - double layering the area behind the speaker. I covered the panel that the "speaker" (those who have taken the speaker out know what I'm talking about) sits on, then put sound deadening on any large open areas or areas that sounded rattle-y or hollow after pounding on it with the bottom of my fist.

First comes the deadening, then in the future, maybe, comes the MLV. Maybe also some speakers, if I quit spending the money on lifts and mall crawling equipment.
