The expression "not with a 10 foot pole" applies in this case.....

I submitted the wife to a bit of a psychological experiment this weekend.

As most of you know, I've been bit by the mod bug, and been basically shopping and gathering info. One mod that I don't need to do that with is the Retro headlights. I know it needs done, I know I want them, the wife just needed convincing that they are needed. Saturday night we went out on an all too rare date night, and I decided to take the truck like old times. It was light when we left, so no headlight usage. Once dinner was over though, it was dark. As we made our way to the oh-so-sexy second half of the date to Lowe's, she asked me if I was going to turn my headlights on.:rofl::evil:. Exactly what I wanted.

I told her, "they are on, cant you see them?"
    She scoffed, like a twat.

We made it to Lowe's and as we were walking around, she finally states that she doesn't feel very safe riding in a truck that has that bad of headlights. So I told her about the retros. She still didn't really believe me so, on our 45 minute drive home I told her that I would turn my BRIGHTS on, and that I guaranteed that I wouldn't get flashed once. (unfortunately I didn't get flashed at home either....womp womp....).

So, retro's it is. I think I've convinced her well enough. :duel:

What I take from this story is you traded "womp womp" for retros.

You'd be better off trying to get him to make a mod himself.

I walk around (hoonjibblins in bed of course) all night with it just hanging out....(well, ok, peaking (or peeking, whichever) out through the pee hole....'cause genetics suck, thanks dad...).

    Doesn't do much.

I think its "easier" not necessarily "better" i.e. murder, surprise sex, kidnapping etc

I'm not in to staking my deck, I like it in tact and with only one hole.
