id send an email to the vendor. let him know not everyone is getting tracking. Explain why its important for your circumstance.

Got my 2x 4 gallon pax today from fedex, no shipping updates but I'm not complaining.

got word back from mike from ORW. notifications will be sent out for a lot that are coming from ROTOPAX.

 

Got my order. Never got an email with tracking info, so it was a surprise.

I never got a notification from the vendor either, but I do have accounts with UPS and FedEx. I get a notification from either shipping company whenever anything gets shipped to my address to my name. It also gives me options to pick it up from a certain location instead of delivering to my door or where to leave the package when delivered (side, back door etc).

During the holidays I had a few packages stolen from my porch so after that I used the option to have them hold the future deliveries at their location so I could pick them up myself. It's all free, just sign up.

 

Who all has received their packages so far and what are your order numbers?? I got a note that Rotopax is shipping in numeric order.

I have order 2118511 and doubt I'll be getting a tracking number but I'm just trying to guess when it will show up...

If you haven't received tracking, then more than likely it will be dropped shipped from Rotopax.

id give them another week to see if it ships.

Rotopax had informed the vendor there was a 1 - 2 week backlog

I was only a few orders ahead of you and received my order beginning of last week, shipped from rotopax.

 

Got an answer from Vendor, they are waiting for Rotopax to get the hardware to be able to assemble the big universal mounting plate kits, should be shipped by the end of the week or so.

Guess my big universal mounting plate is what is holding up my order.
