man maybe i am spoiled but the alignment tech at the pep boys here in town is solid. Now granted i am able to walk him through most of it. But he has done a great job and sets everything perfectly where i want them everytime! Its the pep boys here in Hueytown.

I may have to meet up with you when you have some time to, and run by there. I've have 12 alignments from 12 different shops and none have been able to get it right yet.

    It's getting stupid expensive.

That's the point I'm at. I may just have to spend a couple days doing minor adjustments and driving in-between to see if it's close.

you have the adjustable UCA's? I am running the ICON and the guy set it at 4.0 on the money by using the lower alignment cam tabs. But i can get with my good buddy who runs the shop and set you up an appointment to go up there and have the older gentlemen do it. He is great! And the lifetime alignment for $179 is the titties!!! i get an alignment almost every 4-5 months on the nose!! just because i am OCD about my truck driving perfectly straight down the road. That and i am alwasy taking something apart and cleaning it repacking with grease, servicing something, i am never happy with good enough. I will say though that i am super happy about my suspension setup for now. When i was in appilachicola a couple weeks ago i Jumped my truck Loaded down with RTT bed rack full load out and i jumped it about 3ft off the ground doing about 40 ( on complete accident) and everything is perfect. I didnt even hit bump stops.

So, I bought some used Camburg uca's the other day and I'm going to have to replace everything but the uniballs. I emailed Camburg about the TW discount the other day. Got a response today about how to go about getting the discount, but does anyone know how much the discount actually is?

When you can get a better rate, that justifies any closing costs/fees.

if all you have to replace is the bushings? Maybe the hardware your looking at maybe $150? i would assume it is like most who offer a TW discount usually arround 10%

Gotcha, rates have only gone up since I closed. Even went up in the middle of the process before I got it locked in, which sucked donkey balls.

Saw this downtown B'Ham today. Really cool, really clean, and even had lawn mower sized ATs to boot.

That would be much appreciated brother! I need it done right. I have already spent over $1,000 on alignments and it's got my stress level through the roof.

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
so would i. they charged me over $200 to make me some brackets for my RRs. they tried 2 "universal brackets" which i told them wouldnt work, and then gave up and gave it back to me exactly how i brought it to them. both times i have taken my truck there they were 2 days late. also kept trying to weld on my bolt on sliders just because it would have been easier for them. cannot recommend them.

that said, they did a good job on my CMC, and its a flat $230. but anything other than that i would stay away.
