These are 6'.

 

We have cattle fence around our few acres but have lived elsewhere like martin. If you were there you'd want taller fences.
Trust me.
And there was a short wall around your yard so when irrigation came on it would flood your yard intentionally.

 

Not tall enough

 

The front yards are all open but not much lawn. There's only 3 of us on the street with lawn. Most don't want to pay for the water.

 

I remember riding in my cousins 55 Chevy up in sw Virginia.
Pink and white.
Cut my thumb wide open with pocket knife on a blow pop trying to cut stick off.
Bled all over his new white seats. Never saw a tank come to a screaming halt like that as I was pushed out the door!!

But we don't have to rake snow off the roof either....

 

It is. I grew up pretty much in open forested country and I spend my days out in the open desert now. So living in suburbia doesn't really bother me. Especially looking down the line toward retirement and being close to town. But it only takes 10 minutes to be out and away. And where we are, it's not fast paced by any means. But it is different.
