Question: How do I add a bumpstop to my leaf pack if I am using a flip kit? Also any recommendations for extended brake lines?

Wheelers sells their Superbumps with a bracket just for this application. Requires drilling and tapping 2 holes in ubolt plate per side. Some on here have made their own mounts.

Run up to LBL going strong! New tires go on Wed @ 3PM. Decided to go with the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro's, 285/75r16's Hearing good things about 'em. Just had to do something different. Bought a 5th tire. Will have TRD OR wheel AFTER LBL for a full size spare! Had a 285/75 (on a wheel) mounted on L & R front today. PLENTY of clearance all through range of motion. Everett's CMC and a few minutes at home trimming fenders, and she's READY!

Will try to order sliders later this week. Trail Gear says 3 to 4 week lead time. May or may NOT have 'em on by LBL, but not a big deal.

Now. Headed to the shop to fire up the Stihl chain saw.

The salesman is an old friend from my murdercycle racing daze! He's getting mine for me cheap. (5 for the price of 4 more or less) Wouldn't want you running around on cheap tires now would we....

I get it. You just want to keep both sets of cheap tires for yourself. You're acting like a jeep owner.

Variable dependent, but I may have sliders or skid(s) by LBL.

This new chick I'm seeing apparently wants to blow money on my truck for my birthday the 26th. But, depends what she buys me, depends if it's stocked, depends how long shipping takes.

I'm not being shellfish or ungrateful, just excited! :D

Yes you should always buy new ubolts after they are torqued down. However many people (me included have reused the U bolts and nothing went wrong)

That's actually a really good excuse for me to buy it. Should I go with U Bolts an inch longer for the 2" AAL?

I was just looking at that, I already have the Timbren bumpstops installed, trying to see if they will work with the flip kit
