hi-lift jack questions

First off what's the difference between the all cast, cast steel, and extreme besides the price? And if you input mention which one you have please.

Also what are some good accessories to go along with the hi lift? Anyone go creative in a tricky situation?

lastly: whice size to go with? I have 4-7.5" lift front and right now 1.5" in the back but possibly 3" soon. I am guessing the 60".

And if you got any pictures of the hi lift in action with any accessories please post them as well

I can tell you that I was about to get one, until I picked it up. Those things are heavy. A hydraulic jack and wood will be fine for me.

just picked up a 60" "farmer" jack from harbor freight for 50 bucks! woo hoo thanks alex

the thing doesnt fit accross my bed...i didnt realize it was so long hahah

 

haha No prob! I tried mine out on taylors truck when I was over so I know it can hold up the truck. Yeah thats why i didn't get the 60" I couldn't get it to fit. Oh that top part came in today man.

 

really i asked them what the return was and its 3 months even if i used it so i might decide to go with the smaller one. also can you post where you got that part?

Part # C7 & 20-21

20-21 are a grade 8 bolt and nut. they are More at Lowes so its better just to order them. The items are the first two on the list.

 

took the thing outta the box, it was so greasy and idk if i really need the 60" i might take it back for the 48"

 

Thats how they are man. Its supposed to be like that haha

and the if you are just going to use it on the sliders then the 48" should be fine.

 

What other uses for the jack other than with sliders?
